EVOO menus start with the best ingredients, simply prepared. We use organic, natural, local products and support a sustainable approach reflecting our commitment to the Northwest. All menus are customized to suit client preferences within the season. At the show, some of our mouthwatering menus will be available to start the creative juices flowing, and our mini workshops on First Kitchen Wardrobes and Choosing China, Glass And Silver for registered lists, are designed to help Brides & Grooms make good decisions.
